So here I am stuck in the office trying to get my paperwork caught up. All the meanwhile USD Law Alumni are having a private party in my restaurant. I have one word for you BORING-VANILLAISM... make that two words. The conversations I hear from my office are anything but interesting. Work itself was interesting though, I had to fire a friend for reasons I did not agree with. Not fun, but a growing experience. Back to work now. I have deviated from my flightplan enough.

Another year has come and gone, and with this passing of time comes the now ritualistically journey to Coachella. Once again they have failed to let me down. The shows were great and the motley crew of people I was with were pretty ok as well.

It is time that I take a break from trying to figure a restoration of impairment loss, I mean when most people think of a recoverability test, the first thing that comes to mind is probably something that has to do with a shot of antibiotics.
I will admit that in all my wisdom and maturity I have still come to enjoy a good laugh at the expense of others ( I will let your mind run with that one).
One and a half weeks left untill I am off to the city by the bay for a fun filled evening filled with all the joys of goth. So untill that time I will try to frown and damn my exsistence with all the contempt I hold in my heart for humanity.

So as far as I can recall my parents tried to teach me that patience is a virtue. Not when you just got off work and you are on your way to some watering hole for J4's birthday. In all the excitement of the thought of a beer served in a goblet only matched by the Holy Grail, I skipped a little to high down one to many stairs. The low ceiling was then obligated to ring my bell, split my head open and leave me punch drunk on the couch for the rest of the night. God Bless us all

Now that Santa has returned to the North Pole to spend some "quality" time with the Mrs. and of course watch the Chargers go all the way, it is time to think up a few resolutions to break and how drunk to get on the eve of a new number.
I myself have one plan, and that is to not have one. Plans like rules are made for one reason, to be broken.
So as 2004 comes to an end I find myself reflecting on the last year. I try to think of all the right turns that should have been a left, not many! It's comforting to not have any real regrets. Dissapointments, now that is another story...
...but not worth telling.

Yesterday I came to realize the new terror in America, a women driving a new seven series BMW.
I am driving to school, the repetitive 131 BPM of XM's morning drum & bass show providing my morning soundtrack, when there she was. A somewhat attractive women in her new seven series driving next to me.
I am content doing 83 in the fast lane.
She was content driving next to me (I mean who wouldn't be).
I am a definitely a proponent of multitasking. She was as well, just lacking the necessary skills.
Her knee is handling the ever so challenging job of steering and with her two hands she is adjusting her I Pod, drinking her Starbucks, and of course talking on her cell phone.
Unknown to her, the sleek silver sedan was in the process of redirecting me into the center divider.
I, recalling the classic cinematic experience of Days of Thunder, quickly did what any Indy/Nascar driver would do. At the top of my lungs (because she could hear me) yelling WHAT THE FUCK BITCH, put to use the one counter-measure Mitsubishi was so kind to include as a standard option...the horn.
She jumped as if Mr. Vorhees himself appeared. Swerving her car two lanes to the right in a swift act of overcorrection, then she gave the international wave of oops, my bad.
Of course being the forgiving, understanding guy I am gave her the international burn in hell wave. God bless us all.

Organizational Behavior aka common sense 101 is an evaluation of the organizational behavior of the corporate entity. The strategies applied seem to be nothing more than a series of trial and error, or just sheer luck(lets put it in a book and sell it for $120). Most of the success and lack there of stories seem to be noted because they did not follow a set of organized behavior. A better name for this class would be situational theory because that's all it is. Theories applied to everyday situations among the corporate world. The fact that most students at some point in their scholastic career take other classes covering the basis of material taught in this class makes me feel as if I did nothing more than jump through another academic hoop. Another alternative for this class...Real Life. We should all try it sometime. A LITTLE POST FINAL VENTING

So it is upon us, a time of Christmas lights, menorahs, and locals only discounts at the magic kingdom. I wish all those close to me happy holidays. If it was not for my friends...
During this time of holiday cheer I think of the great gift ideas I see everytime I turn on my idiot box(which is not in high def yet). All these great video games in which I can carjack, beat and runover grandma. Or maybe go to war from the comfort of my couch. Fuck, The Flood, no joke. Did you see the way his head snapped when I hit him with my 50 cal. SICK
